Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona underwent a heart attack on Thursday and will not lead the American League at All-Star Tuesday.
Right now, Francona is recovering in a hospital in Cleveland. He is expected to return with the Tribe after the All-Star break.
According to a report by Ken Rosenthal of the MLB Network, Cleveland bench coach Brad Mills will lead the Young Tournament squad in Miami next week.
The Indians announced Friday that Francona had a procedure to correct an arrhythmia.
Mills will continue to lead the Indians until Francona returns.
